We have over 60 years combined travel experience in the corporate travel market dealing with the travel needs of both major corporations like AWB Ltd to smaller family-run businesses.

What we can offer you    
Corporate clients are assigned a personal travel consultant who will develop a travel profile to manage your company’s travel requirements. Aurora can provide tailored travel reports and we are affiliated with SOS International to cover you for risk management if that is a preference. Our consultants believe that nothing is too difficult and are there to support your travellers at all times.

Our extensive fare construction experience means we will look “outside the square” to provide an innovative and cost effective approach to your travel requirements and will advise where savings can be made by minor changes to itineraries, airlines or dates. We are a fully licenced, independent agent which means the advice we provide to you is commercially unbiased.
  We provide the latest advice regarding visa requirements and will assist in the preparation and lodgement of your visa applications. Our contacts have enabled us to get a business visa issued within a day for a client who had to travel unexpectedly. We will track the process to ensure visas are issued and returned to the traveller in a timely manner.

The nature of corporate travel and the world environment today means changes are common and can be complicated. Aurora provides 24 hour access to our consultants who are connected to the reservations system via laptop at their homes to ensure we are always available for emergency assistance.
Some of our experience    
Aurora also facilitates group travel for clients and has recently handled the group travel requirements for the following:-

• The 2008 Melbourne Jazz festival which involved moving artists and their entourage from all over the world to Melbourne (and Sydney) for various performances.
  • The 2008 and 2010 Australia – Israel Cultural Exchange government delegation to Israel which involved handling the travel requirements for government ministers, senators, business leaders and journalists.

• Meetings and conference requirements are handled in-house without the use of a PCO (Professional Conference Organiser).

As you are aware, I am a director of Bluewater Metals and in that capacity I am required to travel frequently to the South West Pacific - in particular PNG, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Fiji and Tonga.
